Side note, this would actually be really helpful if the fact that elves magic is stronger when they are older is still cannon. If so, then you could just age yourself instantly and decimate everything.

Why would Virgo, the Grand Paladin, want to be old, if it did nothing but slow him, and his fight against ageless down
