Everyones Re-Creating Old Classes, i tried my hand at Deathknight.

I was inspired by Rob's criticism of @Sonderp 's deathknight so i decided to take what i felt was the theme of Deathknight - A Tanky Juggernaut who weilds Dark Magic, and re-create it.
